With the end of the year almost here, now is a good time for Craig and Andy to talk about what’s been done this year and what to look forward to next year when it comes to design and UX.
Craig discusses how he is not so good at design, but better at UX. A competent freelancer takes care of design (or redesign) for the Castos marketing site, blog, and app to position the brand.
For Andy, little things bother him a lot, including inconsistent design and lacking UX to beat the competition. Solution: Hire consultants/contractors to gain an outsider’s perspective and do an overhaul audit to refactor the user interface (UI).
