At HubStaff and Groove, Andy had a foundational team create evergreen marketing content that served ideal customers and helped with conversions. Even though Andy’s a solid writer, it’s not something he truly enjoys.

Craig and Andy talk about the need to take breaks from doing the same thing all day. It’s okay to feel less productive and focus on other people, places, and things. Sometimes, you need to let go of complete control!
