Craig talks about amazing 2021 accomplishments at Castos and gives an update on objectives and key results (OKRs) for the first quarter of next year. Things have to get done and/or delegated to measure and record outcomes to create processes/systems.
Andy admits it takes time to get motivated after taking a break from work. What’s most important to Andy and his team? Priorities include being effective, agile, and focused to set expectations for better results. Andy plans to make progress by moving admin tasks to Justworks
