Craig thanks listeners who helped with compliance and state filings. He onboarded with MainStreet to get tax credits. Also, Craig is outgrowing Bench Accounting. His accountant’s recommendation—go from cash-based to accrual-based accounting using Pilot Bookkeeping.
Andy does not enjoy negotiating or spending money unnecessarily. The more customers a company has, the more potential for liability, risks, and penalties. He would need insights and analytics to better understand or realize the amount of effort put into something to be compliant.
